Online store
We Panda
Technology store with a channel of its own to attract distributors, separate from the regular checkout.

The challenge
We Panda imports technology (headphones, speakers, smartwatches and accessories). It needed to sell directly to consumers and, at the same time, attract distributors who would resell the catalog. Most import stores solve only the first front and leave the second to a loose WhatsApp chat, with no formal channel.
How I solved it
- I kept the distributor apart from the buyer. A distribution network form, separate from checkout, avoids mixing a B2B contact with a consumer sale and gives the distributor a formal channel.
- I ordered the catalog by what sells most. Categories (Speakers, Headphones, Car Accessories, Smartwatches and Gadgets) with speakers and headphones first, and a brand filter.
- I shortened the path to purchase. Quick product view and color variants selectable from the grid, because these are small purchases decided on the spot, mostly from a phone.
- I added content and a fast way to ask. A technology reviews blog to rank in search engines and a WhatsApp chat for questions in the moment.
